Whether a home for personal use, holiday home, rental, hotel, restaurant, bar, office or any other space. We will provide you with a design concept consisting of:
1. Proposal of layout; including lighting & electrical, soffit and other technical drawings.
2. Mood board; highlighting the proposed flooring, wall finishing, colour schemes, materials, furniture & other loose items.
3. Bespoke furniture design; including technical drawings for each bespoke piece, material & finishes.
4. Project management; we are able to assist you from start to finish and over see the whole project up until the final details.
DETAIL & TECHNICAL DRAWINGS
Design starts with technical drawings & details. In which we can provide any of the following:
1. Furniture layout
2. Lighting & electrical
3. Soffit plans & details
4. Bathroom layout
5. Kitchen layout
6. Bespoke furniture & joinery
7. Costings
3D RENDER
We can provide our clients with 3d rendering images to allow the client to have a full visual of what the project will look like.
* This service can be offered in conjunction with any other service we offer. With the option to also use this service as a guide to manage your own project.
